Restylist has chosen five amazing sustainable fashion brands to put today’s style together. We are so excited to tell you more about these brands and their philosophies and we hope once you see and read more about them, you will love them as much as we do. The brands in the spotlight today are Thought, Komodo, Urban Kissed, Rothy’s and Nisolo. You can find out more about all of these brands by clicking on the logos at the bottom of this post. 

Today’s look is all about comfort with a smart but casual twist. The colour combination has been inspired by nature with highlights of greens and the blues and browns. Restylist love Rothy’s RS01 Sneaker which when paired with Thought’s Emanuele Organic Cotton Trousers  and Komodo’s heavy weight Organic Denim Shirt makes for the perfect outfit for any day. Wear it with The Linen Cotton Knit T-Shirt from Urban Kissed and finish off the look with the Teyo Woven Belt from Nisolo. 

Restylist love Rothy’s RS01 Sneaker. Have you been looking for those perfect comfortable trainers to wear day to day but could also be worn for more formal occasions? Well we think we’ve found them. We love the green accents on the pair we have chosen, however the trainer also comes in a light khaki trim too. We love their sustainable practice of using Rothy’s signature thread spun from single-use plastic bottles. 

Although Thought’s womenswear is beautiful and inspiring , Restylist has decided to highlight one of their menswear pieces as a spotlight to their brand. Their Emanuele Organic Cotton Trousers are a perfect style to work with most tops. We particularly like this style in the tan/mustard colour which works well with shirts or t-shirts for a casual and smart feel. 

Restylist has decided to feature Komodo’s Organic Denim Shirt  because, simply, we have fallen in love with it and not only because it looks really cool but also because of its versatile nature. We love that it’s made from heavy weight denim which has been washed and dyed with recycled water. The shirt itself can be worn as a simple shirt by itself or as seen on their website, as a jacket over a tshirt. But the coolest thing is that it’s unisex which means anyone can wear this piece and just have fun with it. 

The Linen Cotton Knit T-Shirt from Urban Kissed is another staple favourite at Restylist. If you’re looking for a casual T-Shirt to wear everyday, then we feel this is a must have. The blend of materials in this T-Shirt is made from 65% linen and 35% organic cotton which makes it breathable and comfortable and very moisture absorbent. 

The Teyo Woven Belt from Nisolo is one of many favourite accessories that we love to style with many of our Restyles. The brass finished buckle placed on the handwoven leather makes this design so versatile and works with all styles, whether jeans, trousers or shorts. At Restylist we are also very big at not worrying about gender classifications and would happily pair this belt with one of our female Restyles.
