The look today has been inspired by the founder of Restylist’s occasional trips to her home town in Gujarat, India where luxury fashion is becoming more and more in demand. Restylist loves mixing luxury with independent brands and when in Gujarat, the founder loves to wear cool light-weight fabrics, natural colours and accessories with a luxury touch.
For today’s post, we have Moral Fibre’s hand woven Linen Stole in Turmeric which is a perfect accessory to throw on to any outfit to add a little colour and layering. We’ve layered it on Animana’s Anna Dress which has been paired with Stella McCartney’s Cowboy Crystal Ankle Strap Heels to add a little designer flare. The whole outfit is finished off with a leather handbag called the Dorothy Mini from The Loyal workshop and the beautiful Divided Crest Ring from an independent brand called Obakki available at Powered By People.
Moral Fibre’s hand woven Linen Stole in Turmeric made from 100% linen comes with transparent and translucent weaves. The stole comes in various colours and is made by artisans in Jharkhand, West Bengal. At Restylist we love layering and mixing colours and fabrics to add a comfortable and casual look and the beautiful colours available in these stole’s means you have a variety of choices to add a colourful twist to any outfit.
Animana’s Anna Dress comes with a round neckline and side pockets and low-cut back. It’s made from 100% linen and comes in natural Sand colour. At Restylist we love this dress for its simple tailored fit and long over the knee modest look. Wear it with a waisted belt to create a more structured look or add heels for a comfortable evening outfit.
We love Stella McCartney’s Western Aesthetic for her Autumn 2022 collection and her Cowboy Crystal Ankle Strap Heels are no exception and, at Restylist, we feel they are a must have for any wardrobe. Although there are minimum order restrictions with Powered By People we love this jewellery brand based in Nairobi where the artisans use 100% upcycled brass in their designs. We love the split detail which gives this ring a stylish and modern look which will add a cool and classy look to any outfit.
